Good protein, vanilla is a little sweet
Mixes fine in a shaker with cold water, no clumps. My stomach has been ok with it, which is the whole reason I switched from regular whey. Taking one star off because the vanilla is too sweet for me. Going to try chocolate next.

The creatine itself is fine. But the powder turned into a brick after a few weeks in my garage gym, it gets humid out there. Had to break it up with the scoop. Keep it inside and you'll be ok.

It has 175 mg of caffeine, about one strong coffee. No yohimbine, no synephrine, and no beta-alanine, so no itchy tingles. If caffeine hits you hard, start with half a scoop.
It's an isolate, filtered to remove most of the lactose, which is what bothers most stomachs. If dairy is a hard no for you, skip it.
